Victoria Lakes is the newest project of Victoria Residences Complexes. The Complex is located in the close proximity of Victoria Garden and Victoria Royal Garden. It is designed in the typical Mediterranean style and it shall be located among wonderful vine massifs typical of the region of Pomorie, famous for its wine-producing. The location is conformed with the vast sea panorama, revealing to the east of the Complex. Victoria Lakesis a close-type complex, which includes 33 luxurious houses with its own yard and parking spaces. During the process of building, the opportunity of individual interior solutions is also offered for a part of the houses. The ornamentics emphasizes the established architectural ensemble of the Victoria Residences.

 

The green areas are again designed with rich and beautiful vegetation, suitable for the climate of the region. Several areas for relaxation and rest, a large pool and a lake, where a fairy water bower is located in, are provided. In the close proximity, as a part of the Victoria Residences Complex, a refined family restaurant, a grocer’s, a fitness with a steam bath and a children’s play area shall operate.

 

Victoria Lakes has been designed and is being built in compliance with the modern construction. The houses are of a monolithic ferro-concrete structure, there are electrical and plumbing, modern hydro- and thermal insulations, armoured entrance and laminated HDF interior doors. A five-chamber PVC system and glass panes have been foreseen for the windows, and the walls have been built with WIENERBERGER bricks. The roof system has been designed and executed complying the BRAMAC requirements and certificates. The security is guaranteed by an introduced access control system. A separate parking has been provided for the guests’ convenience.

 

Each infrastructure project of the Victoria Residences foresees building of a street net, pavements, grounds, street and park lighting, a power substation, a water-main, a purifying station and a sewerage. A modern and functional irrigating system shall be built for maintenance of the green areas. The Victoria Lakes is not inferior in this respect, and follows all necessary rules of architecture and construction.
