Victoria Lakes is the newest project of Victoria Residences Complexes. The Complex is located in the close proximity of Victoria Garden and Victoria Royal Garden. Victoria Lakes has been designed and is being built in compliance with the modern construction. The houses are of a monolithic ferro-concrete structure, there are electrical and plumbing, modern hydro- and thermal insulations, armoured entrance and laminated HDF interior doors. A five-chamber PVC system and glass panes have been foreseen for the windows, and the walls have been built with WIENERBERGER bricks. The roof system has been designed and executed complying the BRAMAC requirements and certificates. The security is guaranteed by an introduced access control system. A separate parking has been provided for the guests’ convenience.
 
Each infrastructure project of the Victoria Residences foresees building of a street net, pavements, grounds, street and park lighting, a power substation, a water-main, a purifying station and a sewerage. A modern and functional irrigating system shall be built for maintenance of the green areas. The Victoria Lakes is not inferior in this respect, and follows all necessary rules of architecture and construction.

Technical specification

The houses shall be finished turnkey tailored to the individual requirements of each client. For the convenience of the customer, the necessary information and prior consultation shall be provided concerning the residence of foreign nationals on the territory of Bulgaria.
